We offer a 30-day return policy on our distributed products with the exception of a few items clarified below. Please contact customer service at [email protected] or 888-610-4242 within 30-days from the date of receipt of your item to obtain a RA # (Return Authorization Number). All non-warranty returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Only regular priced or sale items (non-closeout or discontinued items) may be refunded.
- Closeout & discontinued items cannot be refunded.
- No returns on Special Order items.
Return Acceptance Eligibility
To be eligible for a full return:
- A receipt or proof or purchase must be provided.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Product must be in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
- It must include all of its original accessories and paperwork.
- Your RA# must be included on your shipping label.
Damaged Goods Claims
- Please inform us immediately if youre your items arrive damaged.
- Well request pictures of the package condition as it arrived for claim purposes.
- Shipping damage claims must be made through the shipping carrier used for the delivery of your item
- Please contact us to explain damage and send us pictures for our records.
- Well give you the information needed in order to file your claim and assist your claim process if possible.
- Any order damage claims over 15 days after shipment will not be eligible for processing

Out bound shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping fees and all return shipments must be prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We dont guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please be sure to repack your return carefully. Any item not in its originally sold condition, is returned damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error can be subject to a fee up to 100% of the cost of the item. Please be sure to repack your return carefully. Once your return is received it will be inspected. Once inspected youll be sent an email to confirm your return and inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment. Credit Card Customers please note that after the credit is applied to your account returns can take 2-10 business days to post from the credit card companies.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to all of our customers. If you have any questions about your order, we will do all we can to address your concerns. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours from multiple warehouse locations. It is imperative that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email with a Sales Order number if you want to cancel or make changes to an order. Orders cancelled before they are processed and shipped will be cancelled without penalty. If an order is already in route, please refuse the package. Once the returned shipment has been received, a credit will be issued for the cost of the product minus shipping charges and a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Special Order Cancellations
Special Orders are billed at the time the order is placed and these items cannot be cancelled
